2. Refund Eligibility for Products
2.1 Physical Products
For physical products such as seeds, agricultural supplies, and equipment:
Refund Conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive products that are damaged or defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt and include photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive products that are different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or the correct replacement, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Unopened Products: Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken, unless they were defective upon receipt

2.2 Seed Germination and Crop Performance
Due to the nature of agricultural products and the many variables that affect plant growth and crop performance:
- We cannot guarantee specific germination rates, yields, or crop performance, as these are influenced by factors beyond our control, including soil conditions, weather, farming practices, and pest presence.
- However, if our seed products demonstrate significantly lower germination rates than industry standards under controlled testing conditions, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for potential partial refunds or replacements.
3. Refund Eligibility for Services
3.1 Consultancy Services
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled consultancy service are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 2-7 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
- If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our consultancy services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss potential partial refunds or additional support.
3.2 Workshops and Training Programs
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop or training start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the start date are eligible for a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
- Registration fees may be transferred to another individual or to a future workshop date, subject to availability.
3.3 Digital Products and Online Courses
- Digital products and online courses may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed more than 25% of the content.
- Once digital content has been substantially downloaded, accessed, or viewed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
- If technical issues prevent you from accessing digital content, please contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
